The holidays are officially in full swing and Christmas is exactly three weeks away. Let's kick the holiday nails into full swing with Julep Brooklyn. Brooklyn is PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT for Christmas. I got this last month as a part of my Julep Maven box and thought it was an odd color for October, but it works now. Julep Brooklyn is described as a "ruby red with a hint of festive sparkles". It dries with a slight matte finish and has a somewhat bumpy texture...nothing a layer of topcoat can't fix.
