Essie 'Poppy Razzi Collection - Lights' Nail Polish

My pick for Pink Wednesday is Essie Lights from the new Essie Poppy Razzi Collection.  Essie Lights is one of four "neon" colors of the Poppy Razzi Collection.  Although, Essie Lights is a bright color, I don't think I would necessarily classify this color as neon.  I think Essie Pink Parka from Fall 2009 was more of a neon than Essie Lights is.  Unfortunately, Essie Pink Parka has been discontinued and is VERY difficult to find.  I'll have to dig mine out and do a side by side comparison, soon.  Essie Lights is a jelly like polish and required three coats for full coverage.  Once dry, there is a satin/matte finish to it, so if you like your polishes glossy...finish it off with a topcoat.
