The New Black 'Jewel Heist' 5 piece nail polish set

Today, two of my three 'jewels' are turning four...yes, my little twinnies are turning FOUR today!  I can't believe it...it feels like it was just yesterday, when I had them and now they're little people and not babies anymore!

So, to honor my little jewels, I have a five piece mini nail polish set by The New Black.  The Jewel Heist set consists of five rich luxurious colors that are supposed to represent some of the most precious jewels in the world.

Starting with the bright purple color, meant to represent Amethyst, I suppose. This color is a bright orchid purple creme.  I had to use three coats to achieve complete opacity and was easy to apply.

Next up, is what I would call an Emerald Green.  This one is a beautiful rich shimmery dark green that glows from within...just like an actual Emerald. This was two coats.

In the center...Sapphire Blue?  This blue is a gorgeous shimmery jewel-like blue that mimics a most beautiful sapphire. Two easy coats for full opacity.

Ruby Red is next up...a deep perfect ruby red creme.  What else is there to say? Two coats here.

Lastly, the best for last...a Diamond...I think.  Here is a beautiful warm shimmery silver-y color with a slight pale purple duochrome.  I used three coats for this one.
